Candice is a psychologist known for her deep clinical insight, warmth, and down-to-earth presence. With a background shaped by lived experience of grief and loss, she brings both expertise and genuine empathy to her work with individuals and couples. Candice has contributed to national conversations on grief, trauma, and mental health through podcasts, public speaking, workshops, webinars, and published works.

Her clinical interests include prolonged and traumatic grief, disenfranchised grief (such as miscarriage, IVF, and pet loss), body image and bariatric psychology, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, and mood and anxiety disorders. She is especially passionate about supporting clients navigating complex emotional experiences that are often misunderstood or overlooked.

Candice’s therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. She creates a safe and affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her work is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on a range of modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.
